Vinification
Fermentation: Starts with active dry yeast (Cerevisiae) at temperatures that range between 14 degrees Celsius and 16 degrees Celsius. Fermentation takes place under a reductive method with minimal aeration, protecting the wine from oxidation.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel vats for 2-3 months.
Appearance: Bright pale yellow color with green hints.
Smell: Expressive notes of lime and green apples with herbal hints
Tasting Notes: Palate is fresh, crisp. A nice acidity and a very pleasant finish
